Getting on our Waiting List
The first steps towards getting a puppy are familiarizing yourself with our process for getting a puppy (information contained on this page) and also browsing the rest of our website to learn more about us, our dogs and our future breeding plans if they have been announced.
After we have decided on plans for a future breeding, those who are interested in a puppy will need to fill out our Puppy Application.
After we receive your application, we will contact you with any additional questions or requests we may have.
After Confirmed Pregnancy
When we have a confirmed pregnancy, we will evaluate all applications we have received. We will then set up face-to-face or video/phone interviews with the homes we feel are the most appropriate for a puppy from this litter. After the interview process, if we feel you will be a good home for one of our puppies, you will be added to the Approved List for the litter.
After Puppies are Born
After the puppies are born, those on our Approved List will be contacted and will have the option to place a non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied to the final puppy price.
At this point, a puppy will be held for you only if we have received your deposit.
Weeks Following Birth
For the following weeks, we will provide updates, pictures and videos of the puppies on our Facebook or Instagram page. When the puppies are 4 weeks of age, the remaining balance of the puppy is owed, including transportation cost. Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age!
Your puppy may be able to stay with us past 8 weeks if necessary, but this will be determined on a case by case basis and may involve a fee.
Picking Up Your Puppy
There are various options for getting your puppy to you. One option is to pick your puppy up from us in Kansas. Another option is that we can arrange for the puppy to be flown to you (you will be responsible for the cost of airfare and a shipping crate). Also, there is a possibility that we can drive to meet you at a pre-determined location if you live near Kansas, this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Because of our location and access to the airport, there will be some flexibilty required on the exact date of pick up or shipping.
